Origin and James Architecture and Design is a design-focused architectural studio. Our work is driven by a belief that thoughtful design has the power to improve everyday life. The studio has extensive experience across a range of sectors including mid-and high-end luxury homes, residential developments, educational buildings and small to medium commercial projects. While our portfolio spans different scales and typologies, we are particularly known for our work in bespoke residential architecture and complex renovations.

Many of our projects involve heritage properties where architectural sensitivity and regulatory knowledge are essential.
